Health Tax = Surplus
A nice little investigative discovery by Sandy at Crux-of-the-matter. Looks like a scam to me.
Of course, I just heard yesterday that Mr. Tory's numbers won't remove the Health Tax until 2011... about three years too late, in my opinion. Anyone else able to verify this fact? (looking into it myself as well)

John Tory's stated committment (Offered at the release of his platform costing on August 31st) is to eliminate the health tax in 5 phases.
January 1st 2008
January 1st 2009
January 1st 2010
January 1st 2011
July 1st 1011
So reductions would start right away with the tax totally eliminated before the next vote.
