Bet there are a lot of nervous Liberal backroomers

Nik Nanos just released his new numbers... numbers that suggest that if voters aren't careful, they may inadvertantly allow Dion to implement his economy crippling Carbon Tax.

Prime Minister Dion? Expect more brown envelopes to begin appearing at media outlets in the coming days, as supporters of Liberal leadership hopefuls try to make sure Dion is announcing his resignation on Oct. 14.

From the "ray of sunshine in a jugular vein" dept...

New poll in New Brunswick has the CPC gaining 10% and well ahead of the Libs now.

    Hmmmmmm....

Sampling is of 600, which should be every bit as accurate as 1200 across the entire nation.

Best we can hope for now is that people do a "second look" at Dion before they vote. He's got abysmal leadership numbers, which is a huge polling fundamental.

I think we'll likely see a Dion/Layton government if this holds. "Watch your Wallets" indeed. 50 billion tax hike to business and the green shift all rolled into one.

Hopefully people will be smart enough to flock back to the Conservatives. One week left!

Perhaps Canadians would prefer a Harper minority, but right now they are risking getting a Dion government.

And if Dion wins, Dippers will have to re-attach themselves to the Liberal rump,
because Dippers need a Conservative govt to flourish.

The Nanos poll sampled 1,200 people across Canada ??!! How the "HE-double toothpick" can people expect that to be an accurate statistical sampling ?. A sampling of 600 people in New Brunswick ought to be more accurate.

I think it would make a great statement if it were a Conservative government with an NDP opposition. If that were to happen, I'm sure that Dion would get the point.
