I don't like Obama's stand on a whole host of issues. I would never vote for him because of his support of abortion. However, at the same time, I don't think it is fair to consider the statement of 4 years ago when the man was just elected as Senator as something that should hold much weight. There are things that four years ago I would never have considered doing, but which now I would. The difference is experience.
All I can say is I am happy I am not an American citizen and don't have to vote in their upcoming election because in good conscience I don't know if I could vote for either of the major party candidates.
