Someone kill that Murphy idiot...
You know Murphy and his good old "laws"?
I walk through the doors of my local John Tory candidate's campaign office, ready to get to work on this grand old E-Day... and as I'm walking through the doors, my cell phone goes off.
Guess who's workplace just had a major network failure, with one quarter of the institution down? Yep, that's right, 7:30am, and I have to head into work unexpectedly, even though I planned to take part of the day off. Today of all days! Why today!?!?!? There goes my E-Day morning... maybe even the day!
Like I said, please, some kill that Murphy guy for me...

It's God talking. He's not impressed by your choice of candidate.

Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but I think of all the candidates in this election, of all the parties, God may like my choice the best... he's a former Pastor. ;-)

Which is exactly my point. No man has done more within the PC Party to silence Christians and promote that which is unchristian than John Tory. What does the Bible say about being unequally yoked with the unbeliever?
This is God speaking to both you and your pastor.

CC, why do you even allow anonymous comments? If a person is not willing to at least let their online identity be know, why should their comments even be considered?

Ahh, I figure it makes life easier for people to comment... I occasionally do the same thing.
Of course, unless they put a name to it, an anonymous comment usually doesn't carry as much weight with me, or my readers.

It sure doesn't with me. And, speaking of Murphy's laws, they're absolutely reliable, unless you're trying to rely on them.

Forgetting about the "this is God talking" nonsense, I did find this to be a curious blog posting.
Didn't you come close to not voting PC this election because of John Tory?

Yep, I sure did Dirk... but I made the choice to vote PC not because of John Tory, but because of my local candidate. (but alas, he lost the seat anyway)
Actually, when John Tory came to town, I didn't bother getting my photo taken with him, or shake his hand... though he would have made a better Premier than Mr. McGuinty.
