Those "Non-Partisan" rallies? Organizers get BUSTED

Sorry to all of the genuine "non-partisans" who participated in last month's anti-prorogue rallies... but it looks like you've been sold a very partisan bill of goods.

Someone has done a very thorough investigation into the partisan political links of rally organizers, and has come up with the hard evidence that most of us BTers have suspected all along... that the VAST majority of these rallies were in fact organized by hard-core Liberal and NDP partisans, with a not so "hidden agenda" of attacking the Harper government.

That's right folks... these rallies weren't about "democracy" or "non-partisanship". Turns out that they were nothing more than a partisanly organized political stunt to score points. AND THEY DELIBERATELY USED YOU MANY OF YOU TO DO IT.

Humm, Liberals and Dippers, working together in an effort to attack the Conservatives. Is this just another pre-cursor to what Mr. Harper warned us about... are they trying to revive the coalition?

I bet this couldn't get posted on that fb page. Just shows how sheep like a lot of canadians are. They bought the global warming scam didn't they.
But, how many of the non partisans that fell for this will come out and vote.
The Bloc/coalition is alive and well.
The media is trying hard to sell us on the idea that it was the thought of PM Dion that caused the protests. I don't think so, PM Layton or PM Iggy is just as horrifying.

I had a look at and ask some of the people at the "demonstration" if they realized that Mr. Harper wasn't even in his Calgary office. All I got was blank stares and one you fellow told me to f%#$@ off it was important for him to listen to the person speaking.
It dawned on me at that time I was probably in the midst of the ENTIRE lieberal and dipper population of Calgary. all 150 of them

Really, I was "sold a very partisan bill of goods"? The rally in Stratford that I attended - "organzed [sic] by a highschooler, Ben Veldman", claims rallyfacts - featured criticisms of the Conservatives and the Liberals. And yet, so much is made of the fact that young Mr Veldman once offered to volunteer for the Liberal Party. How to reconcile these facts?

Look, there were 66 rallies held that day - rallyfacts covers 21. Hardly, "the VAST majority", as you claim. And, is it really accurate to describe Mr Veldman as a "hard-core Liberal"? Is it not to be expected that events such as these attract those who have had some involvement with with one or more political parties in the past?

Democracy is like anything else. Once people of ill intent get involved, they abuse the privilege. Just like some people abuse the Bible by misinterpreting what God clearly said. Has the time come for the duly elected Prime Minister of Canada who was elected by the Canadian people to issue a ruling against these pay for their lies?

    Mouth-breating Neanderthals!

Who gives a damn what you freedom-hating, secular-phobic nut cases think? You don't count, period.

Well terraderma, thanks for pretty much reinforcing every stereotype I have of left wing nutbars!

Just for the record, while you may hate me, I don't hate you. And I, in fact, do care about what you think, and I'll do everything in my power to ensure that you have the right to spew your hate-filled rhetoric.

    Have a great day!

CC, I'm just as unimpressed by the comment as you, but why assume that terraderma left wing?

Terraderma calls you a Neanderthal, you respond with "nutbars"... I know you're above such things.

Take a deep breath, my brother.
