I heard from Pundits Guide and a Globe and Mail article that stated that Dion is planning to run again. I think he's hoping to be the next Joe Clark.

Heard on Powerplay tonite that Iggy has promised Dion's seat to the head of Investment Quebec(whatever that is)

Why is Iggy suddenly making promises he might not be able to deliver? He promised Wally Oppal the Ministry of Justice if he ran as a candidate, and now this plum for Dion?
