UPDATE: According to the CBC, they have only partially opened it, and you can only get by if you have a native issued pass.

Dennis, I was referring to my comment the other week stating that if the protesters were not intentionally trying to pick a fight, they should remove the barrier while negotiations were ongoing, as a "sign of good faith".
