Martin Conceeds Defeat in Election!

RootleWeb pointed this one out... it appears that in the wording of Paul Martin's "appology" for the Beer and Popcorn gaffe, he conceded defeat in this election. Read his wording CAREFULLY...

"There's no doubt in my mind that parents are going to use it for the benefit of their families. They're going to use that money in a way that I'm sure is responsible. Let there be no doubt about that."

Now wait a sec... if you have "no doubt" that they are going to use the money responsibly, aren't you implying that parents are going to be getting this $1200 a month?

But won't that happen only if the Conservatives form the next government? ;-)
