Um, the answer to that would be... nada, nothing, zip.
Tim Hudak: for the HST before he was sort of against it but still for it (depends on who is in the audience).

HArper/Flaherty advocated and supported the HST. If you are a real conservative you will support it too.

Try reading my blog dude. I DO support the HST. What I don't support is how Dalton McGuinty has botched the implementation. Because he didn't reduce the rate when they harmonized the tax, IT'S A TAX GRAB. Full stop, end of story.

Sorry, friend, but if he had reduced the rate by even 1% - which would have been a 1% reduction on ALL goods and services - then he would have lost way way more dollars than this so called "tax grab" will generate.
What you are suggesting would have been very fiscally imprudent and sunken the province even further into debt.
