Body bag issue a Liberal attempt to distract?
Got a phone call last night from a contact, regarding the whole body bag issue. It got me to thinking today, what if it's just a Liberal attempt to distract the Canadian public from this? Our very own Right Honourable Prime Minister Stephen Harper getting facetime with President Barak Obama in the Oval Office. If you're Iggy, that's sure got to suck...

This whole body bag "scandal" stinks. There is no way ANY sitting government would do this. The bad press resulting from it would kill them. Does anyone know if the northern communities got anything else besides the body bags ?. Were they maybe the first in a series of shipments ?.

From what I have seen in the media (take that for what it is worth) the body bags were part of a regular shipment made this time of year including medications and other material. They are included because the area they were shipped to is often cut off through the winter and due to extreme weather and other factors the number of deaths go up. The body bags were not some special shipment due to H1N1, but were to re-provision the location. Of course based on the rhetoric one would never know this, so what we get is yet another inquiry costing the taxpayers even more money.

You just can't win with these jokers, if the body bags were not sent and there was a need for such, can you imagine the weeping and wailing about how they are being ignored and not respected and the government would be tagged with being racist. The msm is fishing for an apology...I would tell them to come back when you are using them (and they will) people will continue to die, heart, stroke, cancer and yes even the flu and ask me if it was the right thing to do. The media are such fools to fall for the old chestnut of distract their attention to something else while the opposition can figure out what the heck they stand for and why because right now they have nothing
