Let's see, who were the MP's for those ridings on the dates funding was announced?
I'm just curious, but isn't there a difference in annoucing funding and actual funding? Okay, those projects were announced when Liberals still represented those ridings. But when did the projects actually begin? When shovels started going into the ground? Wasn't it after Conservatives came and took those ridings? That just seems a bit too convenient, isn't it?
This isn't an accusation into your integrity, CC. I just thought you might have missed something. It wouldn't be the first time.

Anon@11:47, you do raise a good point worth considering, but I don't think it's that relevant, since the government did earmark the funding to occur before any CPC MP was elected there. Of course one would assume that the money had to flow eventually, it just so happens that the residents there changed the MP before the money arrived.
