First salvo in next ad war launched

But it's not from the expected source, the Tories... it's from the jilted folks left standing at the alter, Jack Layton's NDP.

Ouch! I must say though, the strategy they're employing may just be quite succesful. There's a lot of folks on the left of the Liberal Party who really, REALLY don't like Iggy. This ad is aimed not at the general public, but squarely at them.

And you gotta love this pic from the NDP's website today...

Now where have I seen that sort of image before... oh, right, now I remember...
So much for Iggy beginning a new era for the Liberals... another leader, another day, and another climbdown, once again supporting our Conservative government.

I think Layton had the best line of the day yesterday too, I'm still looking for it online... "Yes, the coalition is still alive, the Liberal-Conservative coalition."

So on that note... a big welcome to all my fellow Liberal/Conservative coalition members! (or at least that's how "Jilted Jack" see is... hey, I think someone was suggesting we find a new name for "Taliban Jack"... I think we've got a winner!)

Humm... maybe someone needs to register www.IggyHarper.ca

I hate it when no one ever says Prime Minister Harper.

Funny. So an NDP-Bloc-Lib coalition is OK, but if another party wants to support the Conservatives instead, suddenly Jack says it's bad for Canada. And to make things even worse, Harper's budget spends so much money, true conservatives hate it, but I have to think that Jack probably really likes it. Jack doesn't really hate the budget, he just hates the fact that his only chance to defeat the Conservatives and move over to the government side of the house in a coalition is now finished. He doesn't give a crap about Canadians. He's just power hungry, just like most other politicians.

77 Liberals signed onto this affair,
    including Iggy,
and they think they are the best party to run this country?

I think it is now safe to say, that the GG will not entertain the ideal of a coalition government that would include the duo LibDipper.

Just imagine how long this coalition love afair would have lasted if they had seized the government....
the trio would NOT have been able to even pass a budget,
    Duceppe would have said
'it's too good for Ontario, therefore it is no good for Quebec'.

Doesn't matter who you read, all the msm is saying Layton is upset he will not get his chance to govern. Boag said last night,
For the good of Canada, Iggy has given up his chance to be the PM withing a few days.
Why is everyone so sure the GG would have said yes.
I'd like to turn it around, knowing he will never be PM unless elected by all canadians, Iggy caved and will support the govt.

On several occassions Iggy/Layton bragged that the coalition forced the PM face the facts and present a spending budget. He did so and everyone is mad. Well, this is an example of what the coalition
would do to Canada if ever given power. I think the PM knew the GG would not give the power, but would call an election. That would mean a majority for PMSH, but would also delay needed help for several months.
Anyone upset at this budget should turn their anger at the people who insisted on it.
The PM chose Canada over power.

This disaster of a budget hasn't even been proclaimed and every day there's new reports about how dreadful its going to be...massive deficits with no positive impact on the economy. Even Harper's appointed watchdog is raising alarm bells.

Where are Canadians going to turn when the Conservative written and Liberal supported budget proves almost totally worthless?
