The game they're playing is WWE's Raw V Smackdown 2008 created by THQ
To try and cross-promote the video game AND Hilary, Barack, and McCain's appearances on RAW, THQ, in the "create-a-wrestler" function of the game, created Barack and Hilary as characters and had a simulated wrestling match between them.
It was hilarious!
