Dion's numbers are no April Fools joke

Yikes... the Toronto Star, aka "the Red Star", has put out a new set of numbers today with the the headline that I'm sure Liberals wish was an April Fools joke... "Dion's popularity sinks even lower".  That, of course, following up the story from CTV on Sunday regarding the CROP numbers in Quebec, as reported by La Presse... where the Liberals seem to be tanking in every region.

Did anyone even think that was possible?  We've been hearing over and over again, "The more Canadians see him, the more they'll like him" from Liberals all across the board.  Now?  I'll bet they're wishing they'd gone for an election over the Throne Speech... or the Budget... or Afghanistan, or pretty much ANYTHING else.  Everyone thought they'd finally hit bottom... until they figured out how to plumb the depths even further!

One point: that is Angus Reid.. and that is an online poll. Take it with a grain of salt. When Nanos or Decima come out with similar numbers with a traditional poll, then I'll start worrying.

(Not that I dont disagree that the abstaining policy was a bad one - too many Nervous Nellies int he caucus).

I find it hard to believe that only non-Liberals have access to the internet. Unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, such as the samples in Angus Reid surveys are too small or are somehow unrepresentative, your argument remains unconvincing.

Decima and the extreme left-wing Canadian Press reliable? HA!

I also doubt "traditional polls" can be seen as any better than online polls in this day and age. How many people are there that screen phone numbers with call display and don't bother to answer numbers they don't know (i.e. telemarketers). Huge amount of people. Or don't even have landlines.

Do the liberals think that getting Bob Rae elected helped their numbers anywhere but downtown Toronto ? It scares the living begeezez out of me that after what he did in Ontario ANYBODY in their right mind would vote for this man or any party that accepts him .No wonder the liberal numbers are dropping like manure from a tall cows rear end.
