A "misfire" from Bowie... James Bowie
You've got to love it when a Liberal blogger tries to make us look bad, and it goes so horribly wrong for him.
James Bowie tries to make the point, with some House stats from Evan Sotiropoulos at the Canadian Parliamentary Review, that more Tories in the House has made it a more partisan place. Here's his stats, as he posted them...
It's simple math, really... while the CPC MP's partisan comments went up about 5% each (from 42% to 47%), the number of partisan statements made by the Liberals almost doubled! (13% to 25%)

38th ParliamentBANG. You catch that? He just shot his own party with those stats. How, you ask?
(Liberal Minority) Conservative - Liberal
Political/Partisan Statements 328 (42.1%) - 148 (13.5%)
39th Parliament
(Conservative Minority) Conservative - Liberal
Political/Partisan Statements 569 (47.3%) - 250 (24.9%)

Of course, any statement that the Liberals are not the chosen of heaven is considered partisan comment by the Liberals.

Amazing how James was all over your first comment with his "nice try" shot, within one minute of your posting the comment actually.
However, your comeback comment, regarding the hack flack from the Liberal side, has gone unanswered by Bowie, well, not really that surprising actually.....
