I still say that there's no way he can afford to even think twice about it.
I'm confused. Are you saying he should actually offer Clinton the VP spot? Do you honestly think he'd live to serve his full term if he did (presuming he wins)?

Nope, you and I are on the same page on this one... I'm saying that I think this is why Hillary hung in there so long... to MAKE SURE HE HAS NOT CHOICE BUT TO OFFER IT TO HER.

He better not afford to think twice...because when it comes to Hillary, only a second is needed to think, "NO!"

I think an Obama/Hillary ticket will be unstoppable. Terrible speech last night from McCain. There couldn't have been more than a hundred people where he was speaking. Looked like he was in the Bush leagues against either Democratic candidate.
Obama delivered a fantastic and moving speech last night.

Off topic, but I am writing to invite you to the Waterloo-Wellington Blogstravaganza that's being held at the Huether Hotel on Saturday, June 14 at 5:30 p.m. We're hoping for an ecclectic, multi-partisan crowd to meet for beer and pub grub and good conversation and I hope you can make it out.
There's more details over at my blog. Again, you're invited, and bring a friend.
