More on Liberal Insider Trading
The National Post is wading into the debate. It is now starting to appear more likely that there was infact some insider trading going on.
As another blogger indicated, Martha Stewart went to jail for the same thing. Will anyone be going to jail over this?

Insider trading is only illegal when a person bases their trade of stocks in a public company on information that the public does not know. It is illegal to trade your own stock in a company based on this information but it is also illegal to give someone that information, a tip, so they can trade their stock.
Hmm that pretty much describes what happened I guess
