This is a brilliant photo-op. Stephen Harper posed next to an animal so people realize he's actually human (in comparison). ;)
Crush kitty with his book! Hilarious! I can actually see it, too! He's all tense and stiff with anticipation (as opposed to being all tense, stiff and wooden normally) so you know he's planning something.
