Latest SES Poll
I don't trust the latest SES polls... not because they show the Conservatives LEADING IN TORONTO, but because they show the Liberals ACTUALLY GAINING 8% IN ALBERTA.
Liberals, gaining in Alberta?
In Alberta.
You're just making this up.

I don't much care for SES either, but give them a bit of a break. The margin of error for Alberta is pretty big...
It's the national numbers that should encourage everyone. It seems we've escaped damage from the Zeisman affair.

Fear not. The CBC just announced that the Liberals have dumped their candidate in Abbotsford over his alleged bribe. Its back to deuce on the wingnut candidate front.

It's not really a gain. The Conservatives at 55% in Alberta is pretty normal. The Liberals have simply returned to where they usually are. But if those numbers go up again ... that would be, well, weird.

Someone I know in Edmonton researched Anne McLellan's donors and found a donation from a union where a friend of hers works. She spoke about this to her friend and was told that if the NDP candidate has no chance, the union members are told to vote Liberal. No wonder McLellan got in with a 700 vote margin.

I saw a poll done for Global TV in Calgary for the Edmonton Centre riding showing CPC candidate Laurie Hawn with about a 10% lead over Anne Maclellan.
Come election day I can guarantee Alberta will be 100% Tory blue.
